Sunrise Manpower Co., Ltd (SMCL) is Vietnamese licensed manning agency, whose main objective is to supply its Principals with qualified seafarers and services that, will satisfy their immediate requirements and expectations.

Committed, likewise, to the safe operation of ships, the protection of environment and ensure that all our seafarers, shore based personnel are trained in accordance with internal and external issues applicable locally/international or other parties of interest.

We, at SMCL, are committed to render services to comply with the requirements set by our Principals and to continually improve the effectiveness of Quality Management System (QMS).
